Suspected adverse drug reaction can also be reported via the online application form, which you can access by clicking on the QR code or scanning it
This e-form allows you to fill out the application from a mobile phone as well as from a computer. In addition, there is an option to download an application Report Adverse Reactions through which an e-form is accessed. When the app is stored on your phone or computer, it works even when you don’t have access to the internet. In this case, the data you enter will be saved and the application will be forwarded to ALIMS after connecting to the Internet.
Why to report an Adverse Reaction?
Spontaneous reporting of adverse drug reactions is an effective, practical and indispensable way to detect new, serious and very rare adverse reactions and to assess the safety of drug therapy.
What to report?
You can report any suspicion of an adverse reaction to any medicine, whether the medicine was prescribed by a doctor or bought without a prescription.
You can report side effects that have occurred to you personally, to your child, to someone you are responsible for, or to someone who has asked you to do it for them.

Why to report an Adverse Event?
