Why to report an Adverse Reaction?
Spontaneous reporting of adverse drug reactions is an effective, practical and indispensable way to detect new, serious and very rare adverse reactions and to assess the safety of drug therapy.
What to report?
You can report any suspicion of an adverse reaction to any medicine, whether the medicine was prescribed by a doctor or bought without a prescription.
You can report side effects that have occurred to you personally, to your child, to someone you are responsible for, or to someone who has asked you to do it for them.
