We note that some rights may be limited in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Republic of Serbia in the field of personal data protection, particularly to the extent that limiting your rights is necessary to protect the rights and freedoms of others, or to ensure compliance with the legal obligations of the Data Controller that require the processing of data, as well as the submitting, exercising, or defending a legal claim, or when the processing is conducted for scientific or historical research purposes, or for statistical purposes.

In order to exercise the rights mentioned above, we may request that you provide additional information necessary to confirm your identity.

If you believe that the processing of your data is being conducted in violation of the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

The data collected through the Website will not be used for any automated decision-making or profiling of the individuals to whom the data relates.

 

PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER

The personal data collected through the Website will not be transferred outside the Republic of Serbia, except in cases where third-party cookies are used, for which UNI-CHEM cannot be held responsible.

If there is a subsequent need for the transfer of personal data, such a transfer will not be made to countries or territories that are not members of the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, or that do not provide an adequate level of protection in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. If such a transfer becomes necessary, UNI-CHEM will take special data protection measures and will act in accordance with the procedure established by the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia.
